Half Baked
A commenter named baked at Just One Minute was trying to explain ∅bama's position on Iraq and the surge vs McCain's position on Iraq and the surge. He wasn't doing a very good job so Charlie(Colorado) cleared it up for him. So, baked, you're saying you prefer someone who got it wrong once and changed his mind to someone who got it wrong, changed his mind, changed his mind again, said he didn't change his mind, said claiming he'd changed his mind was a distraction, changed his mind again, said he didn't mean what he'd said, changed his mind again, and finally changed his mind and said that even though he was wrong before he was right to be wrong because being wrong wasn't right.The next clarifying statement I expect from ∅bama on the subject is "I've said all along..." I've noticed with Obama that whenever he says, "as I have said all along," that means he is flat out lying and he has, in fact, always stated the opposite of what he is now saying. The "I've said all along..." along with the preferatory "You know..." are quickly becoming Obama's signature. Just listen to any interview he does. If this were one of those drinking games where you take a shot for every time he utters one or the other, you'd be smashed before the interview was over. And you can be sure that virtually everything he says following either phrase is false.
