My guess is that the latest FBI look is to decide if they have a RICO case against ACORN.

And how about Obama's "spread the wealth" philosophy. That has to be about as good a vote getter as ACORN.

In the larger scheme of things you may be right but that still does not prevent them from stealing this election.
I do have a funny fealing that even if the silent American majority casts more votes for McCain, Obama may still with the Electoral college. 2000 in reverse.
