Sam's Club Window Replacement

A man purporting to represent Sam's Club came around today offering "discounts" and government money for window replacement and other housing upgrades. He declined to leave his information. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on the program related to Sam's Club.

Does any one know of anything?

I note that a similar program in Australia is riddled with fraud.

I doubt seriously that he was legit.
The fact that he let a prospect go without leaving any contact information speaks volumes.

Even if they leave a number, be careful.

A fraudulent big name window contractor tried an aggressive sales pitch and left a leaflet with his "name" and a phone number written on it. I Googled the number and saw there were complaints that the company was running a scam.
