Can't fins a rank at Borders, haven't looked at Powell's or any of the others.
Can't find any mention at any of the on-line MSM outlets that I look at.
It's now #2, and you know it can't get much higher.
Guess it will be up to the non-lazy media to spread the word. I'm sure that 98 percent of Americans don't even know she wrote a book.
