One of my favorite Dead songs. I think the best one is in the archives.

(If you like Good Lovin' and have the patience to stream 7,8,9, IMHO it's worth it.)

newrouter, Eric,

Dead Heads Rule!

Eric,

Thanks for that!

Eric,

With Firefox and the latest (Win7) media players you can skip to the next song. No need to wait too long.

Too bad I haven't figured out how to download it.

Let's have some of the classics.

In case you didn't know, Dead.net put out a song a day during November. All 30 are available 'til the 8th. Free, and some pretty tasty tunes.

Damn. I'm floored. If you had told me before today the Dead could perform a solid cover of "Good Lovin'" I would have laughed, but this is great.

Simon: have you heard of the album Deadicated? Some interesting covers of Dead classics, including Dwight Yoakam ("Truckin'"), Lyle Lovett ("Friend Of The Devil"), and Indigo Girls ("Uncle John's Band"). Good stuff.
