Thirty Missing Investigators

H/T The Patriot Room

Welcome Instapundit readers. Here is something else that needs investigating. Crony Capitalism. Since the cronies are in Congress and include all of the Democrats (the Black Caucus is especially strong in that area) and many Republicans the investigation will need to be done by the people. Throw the bums out.

BTW thanks to commenter ZZ Mike here is some text on the Thirty Investigators.

For those of you who asked: at a McCain Town Hall a woman got up and asked why there were 30 people in Alaska investigating Sarah Palin and yet no media people were in Chicago investigating the ties of Obama to Bill Ayers and the Crooks from Crook County (Chicago).

It would be nice if someone wrote up a little bit of TEXT for a news story. There are people who don't want to use the internet as a substitute for TV. And there are people who don't want to play video as it tends to alarm your cube neighbors.

If it isn't written down, I'm not interested in it. My time has been wasted here, and I blame Glenn Reynolds!

Bigwig   ·  September 24, 2008 01:04 PM

Why use an acronym if you are going to go ahead and use the word two lines later?

You're a classy guy, nick.

Letalis Maximus, Esq.   ·  September 24, 2008 01:07 PM

Headsets solve that problem.

Dan Hamilton   ·  September 24, 2008 01:09 PM

CNN seems to have pulled the video.

DirtCrashr   ·  September 24, 2008 01:11 PM

nick- The Universe is a scary, confusing place for you, isn't it?

Richard Blaine   ·  September 24, 2008 01:21 PM

nick:"wtf? there are not 30 investigators..."

You mean there are more?

My view they have not found anything, and were so impressed by Sarah Palin, they have switched sides and will be voting for McCain/Palin.

Poor deluded Nick.

Palin Investigators

"It's no surprise, then, that Democrats have airdropped a mini-army of 30 lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers into Anchorage, the state capital Juneau and Mrs. Palin's hometown of Wasilla to dig into her record and background. My sources report the first wave arrived in Anchorage less than 24 hours after John McCain selected her on August 29."

So now who's the F.L.M.?

ZZMike   ·  September 24, 2008 01:25 PM

Great clip, surprised CNN released the footage.

As for the whiner posts, learn to use the volume controls. And if you wait for a "TV" to provide you information, you'll remain like Dan Rather. Get with the times.

The video was worth the wait, moonbats above notwithstanding. I second what that woman said!

Yeah, 30 or more media "investigators" combing through Alaska and they cannot find 1 real fact against Palin to destroy her with. Stanley Kurtz is doing a better job in Chicago with all of Obama's corrupt and dangerous liasons than the entirety of the media is capable of doing everywhere else.

Peg C.   ·  September 24, 2008 01:28 PM

Stay classy there, nick. You're probably right, I'm sure a lot *more* than thirty assorted investigators went up to AK in the first weeks of September.

*rolls eyes*

Doug Jones   ·  September 24, 2008 01:29 PM

I agree - would it kill you guys to supply the Reader's Digest version for those of us who for whatever reason can't get the video. (I have firewall issues...)

nick,
If you read the Wall Street Journal, there is an article dated 9/9/08 regarding the airlift of investigators and 'journalists' poking about.

And the point remains, where is the deep investigation into Obama's past.

You sir are the only moron here.

duane   ·  September 24, 2008 01:34 PM

Nick is right. They aren't investigators from the media, they are Democratic lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers. I know where the confusion probably comes from in that media and democrat is a difference without distinction. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122098190668515511.html?mod=opinion_journal_political_diary

Well volume controls don't have much impact when the thing is blocked by something called Websense. A transcript or text of some kind would be very helpful.

David   ·  September 24, 2008 01:46 PM

I have to admit that I too hate to see the "videoization" of the internet. Video is fine alone if it's just entertainment - I'm a musician, for crying out loud - but if there is actual informational content, then there ought to be a transcript for those of us who just can't be bothered.

Somebody already did the work for them.

PS: Duplicate posts are probably because of a problem at your ISP. I had to try 3 times - each getting a "problem" message. The last time worked. Let's see what happens with this one.
