Jake Featherston was the sergeant turned President of the Confederacy, modeled on Adolf Hitler, who began each radio broadcast with the following:

"I'm Jake Featherston, and I'm here to tell you the truth."

Doesn’t make me feel any more comfortable, or trusting of Obama, for what it’s worth.
