Carbon Positive
The Brits are not just carbon neutral, they are carbon positive. Using previous international research into climate change, the report estimated that covering the social cost of carbon emissions would have cost £11.7 billion in 2005.The British pound is currently worth about $2 American. Evidently the Brits opinion on this (read the article) is that "Green" taxes are not about the environment they are about taxes. Al Gore is having a hard time fooling any one.
