You are very welcome! What you said reminded me that the most dangerous followers of Hitler (the ones who really made it happen) were not the ardent Nazis so much as the people who assumed Hitler's "inevitability" - i.e. that everyone else would support him, so what's the point of opposition?
Thus, "passive" followers are at least as responsible for what happens as "active" followers.
